Hello Ladies!

Field Hockey tryouts start at 8 AM on Wednesday, August 9th.  Make sure you have all the paperwork that needs to be turned in on the first day.  This includes : new physical, medical card, transportation sheet, concussion/sca packet, parent-athlete handbook contract on last 2 pages of packet. You cannot participate if you do not have an updated physical form completed and handed in.
